What does “Verified by Tripya” mean?

Before listing a property, our team checks that it's real and that what you see is what you'll get.

• Identity

  We confirm who is responsible. For apartments and houses, we verify the owner's or manager's identity.

• Location

  We check that the address and map pin are correct.

• Photos

  Photos show the real property and are up to date.

• Amenities

  We check that the listed amenities (breakfast, pool, Wi-Fi...) exist.

• Conditions

  We agree in writing on price, availability, check-in and cancellation policy.
